Here's some good news for Indian OnePlus One fans. The company has confirmed that OnePlus One owners in India will receive the Android Lollipop-based CM12S software update. Responding to a user query on Twitter, Carl Pei, director, OnePlus global confirmed that Indian users will receive the new build of CyanogenMod as an over-the-air update.
OnePlus earlier this month provided deadlines for the rollout of the promised Lollipop updates for its One smartphone, promising the CM12S-based build along with the first stable build of the firm's own OxygenOS before the end of the month.
The Chinese smartphone manufacturer says the Lollipop-based Cyanogen OS build will be released on or before March 30 as an OTA update, while the OxygenOS build will be released on or before March 27 as a ROM download.
.@hescoresgalores no it's not. CM12S will be delivered via OTA.
